des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s ukrainiens a vu le jour pour leur permettre de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de droits \u00e0 l\u2019Assurance Maladie ainsi que de la compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 solidaire.<\/p><p>Les droits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9s :<\/p><ul><li>sans d\u00e9lais, d\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e sur le territoire ;<\/li><li>sur pr\u00e9sentation de leur autorisation provisoire de s\u00e9jour (APS) d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9fecture sur laquelle figure la mention \u00abb\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la protection temporaire \u00bb.<br \/>Dans le Doubs, un guichet unique d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux ressortissants ukrainiens a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 au sein de la pr\u00e9fecture du Doubs (3, avenue de la gare d\u2019Eau) \u00e0 Besan\u00e7on.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le circuit mis en place avec la CPAM a permis de :<\/p><ul><li>proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture des droits \u00e0 l\u2019assurance maladie ;<\/li><li>ouvrir les droits \u00e0 la compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 solidaire gratuite ;<\/li><li>remettre aux personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es une attestation de droits \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter aux professionnels de sant\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/extranet.infocpam.fr\/partenaires\/etiquette-produit\/ukraine\/\">Un d\u00e9pliant traduit en ukrainien<\/a> leur a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, la CPAM du Doubs a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 le plan de contr\u00f4le PUMA qui porte sur la v\u00e9rification p\u00e9riodique de l\u2019exercice d\u2019une activit\u00e9 ou d\u2019une r\u00e9sidence stable et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re en France, conditions d\u2019ouverture des droits \u00e0 l\u2019Assurance Maladie.<br \/>Ces contr\u00f4les permettent de v\u00e9rifier dans les bases de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 disposition de la CPAM si une pi\u00e8ce permet de justifier de la condition d\u2019activit\u00e9 ou de r\u00e9sidence, et\/ou de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du s\u00e9jour. Ensuite si besoin, une demande de pi\u00e8ce est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019assur\u00e9.<br \/>En l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponse ou de pi\u00e8ces permettant cette validation, une notification de fermeture de droit est adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019assur\u00e9, l\u2019informant qu\u2019il dispose encore d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de 45 jours pour envoyer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments demand\u00e9s.<br \/>Dans la continuit\u00e9 des actions d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es depuis 2017, 3 nouveaux contr\u00f4les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9s en 2022.<\/p><ol><li>le premier porte sur le ciblage des assur\u00e9s non-consommants, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des assur\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas de justificatif de r\u00e9sidence enregistr\u00e9 depuis plus de 3 ans dans les bases et sans consommation de soins.<\/li><li>le deuxi\u00e8me contr\u00f4le concerne les assur\u00e9s faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019une mesure d\u2019\u00e9loignement pour lequel un contr\u00f4le de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de s\u00e9jour doit \u00eatre engag\u00e9.<\/li><li>le dernier contr\u00f4le cible les assur\u00e9s de plus de 80 ans sans consommation de soins sur les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ol><p>A la CPAM du Doubs, ce sont 1602 dossiers d\u2019assur\u00e9s qui ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un contr\u00f4le en 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-771cd9d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"771cd9d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-de897b9\" data-id=\"de897b9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59ede2c elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"59ede2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*! Cette d\u00e9marche proactive s&rsquo;inscrit dans une politique plus large de solidarit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion sociale qui vise \u00e0 garantir l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux soins pour tous, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur situation financi\u00e8re ou de leur origine sociale. <br \/>Ainsi, \u00e0 la CPAM du Doubs, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une politique de partenariats ambitieuse pour atteindre les personnes les plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es de nos institutions et leur offrir un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9. <br \/>Cette politique s&rsquo;appuie en outre sur des campagnes annuelles d\u2019appels \u00e0 projets ciblant cinq th\u00e9matiques prioritaires, \u00e0 savoir l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux droits et aux soins pour les publics fragiles, l&rsquo;accompagnement et l&rsquo;aide aux malades, l&rsquo;aide aux personnes handicap\u00e9es, l&rsquo;aide et l&rsquo;accompagnement des jeunes en difficult\u00e9, et la lutte contre l&rsquo;illectronisme.<br \/>Pour 2022, l\u2019action sanitaire et sociale a octroy\u00e9 des aides financi\u00e8res pour 12 projets soutenus par des associations du d\u00e9partement du Doubs. <\/p><p>Le montant total de ces pr\u00e8s de 30 connexions par jour en moyenne. Ces publics ont ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de commander gratuitement tous les supports de communication (affiches, tracts, vid\u00e9os) permettant de relayer nos informations.<\/p>\n<p>En 2022, il y a pr\u00e9vention et les actions relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;inclusion num\u00e9rique. <br \/>Le d\u00e9veloppement des partenariat avec des organismes en relation avec les publics en situation de
